1.            Quit Skype.

2.            Use the follow steps to unhide hidden files:-
A.  Open Windows Explorer >>  go to Tools > > Folder Options.
B. Click the View tab.
C. Under Hidden files and folders, tick Show hidden files and folders, then click OK.

3.            In Windows Explorer, navigate to the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<your_windows_username>\ApplicationData\Skype
Where <your_windows_username> is your Windows user name.

4.            Look for the folder with the same name as your Skype Name and delete it.

5.             Now restart your pc and login skype with your username and password and enjoy Skype.
