1) GSTN: It is the government company responsible for the IT infrastructure for the GST. It has set up a portal equipped to handle as many as 2.6 billion transactions every month. The GST Network is also going to launch two call centers from 1st July to handle the queries from taxpayers and tax officials. GSTN has partnered with the top IT companies like Infosys and Tech Mahindra for launching the call centers.

The company has also launched a toll-free helpline number for ‘kirana’ and other reseller members to enable a smooth transition into the new tax regime. The company has stated that the helpline number has been released to address and clarify doubts on all GST-related queries. It has the capacity to handle 2,500 queries in a day and has made it’s services available in Hindi, Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi, and English. The company has also boasted that the helpline will serve as a one-stop query resolution center with trained staff and experts to handle all GST-related queries.

4) GST Helpline App:

In a very intuitive manner, the SagInfotech, a renowned Jaipur based taxation software company has launched a mobile App to resolve all the GST related queries of users.
